Permanent position based in Grosmont. The Salary is £7776.00 including holiday pay, to work 18 hours per week for 30 weeks of the year, to be mainly worked during the main operating season - this varies slightly each year.  Additional hours maybe available if required.

The Pullman operates 4 lunchtimes per week (Thursday to Sunday), you will work 3-4 shifts per week.

You will:

• Serve customers on the Pullman Dining Train in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the Pullman Dining Train.
• Work as part of a team of up to 14 on each of the services operated.
• Ensure all safety and hygiene regulations are followed and maintained.
