The Pullman Dining Train usually operates a Lunchtime Service, Thursday – Sunday during the main operating season with additional services during the winter period. You will work more hours per week during the main operating season (23 March to 3 November 24) and less during the winter period. 

The Pullman Dining Team provide a fine dining experience for up to 110 guests on each trip.  As a key member of the team, you will assist the Pullman Head Chef to prepare, cook and serve passengers their pre-ordered meals. Once trained you would be available to cover in the head chef’s absence.
