It is with regret that all services including 60163 Tornado departures and Pullman Dining experiences on Saturday 3 March and Sunday 4 March have been cancelled. We care very much about our passengers and their safety and with the severe weather warnings issued by The Met Office for this weekend, we have made this decision to ensure passenger and staff safety.

Services scheduled on 6, 7, 8, 10 & 11 March are expected to go ahead, and we are now running additional Tornado services on Friday 9th March at 9:30am and 12:40pm to enable guests that have previously booked for this weekend to move their date.

Chris Price, General Manager "The safety of our passengers and staff is paramount and despite the tremendous efforts to ensure this event went ahead, concern over customers travelling to departure stations must come first."

We are currently in the process of contacting all customers booked on to these services.  If you have any questions, please contact Customer Services on 01751 472508. Please bear with us, lines are extremely busy, a member of our Team will get to you as soon as possible.
