To celebrate the upcoming Platinum Jubilee, the North Yorkshire Moors Railway and Lottie Shaw’s have collaborated with The Yorkshire Post to give one lucky winner and 17 guests of their choosing the chance to charter the Great Western Saloon for a return journey from Grosmont to Pickering on either the Thursday or Sunday of the long Bank Holiday weekend.

Worth a phenomenal £1500, this exclusive prize features a royal-tea party fit for a queen, including Buck’s Fizz on arrival followed by scrumptious savoury snacks and sweet treats supplied by the seriously good Yorkshire bakery, Lottie Shaw’s. Earlier this month, the North Yorkshire Moors Railway (NYMR) launched its luxury charter service offering to passengers for 2022 - ideal for both business and personal events on board its opulent Great Western Saloon carriage. This unique setting perfect for a memorable celebration or event is for up to 18 people, and available on a Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday lunchtime from now until October.

The lucky winner of this prize bundle will be announced on Wednesday, 25 May.

How to Enter

To enter, pick up a copy of the Yorkshire Post newspaper, look out for the competition and simply collect three tokens out of a possible four, printed each day between May 14 and May 20. Full entry instructions are included in the paper too.
