The pack includes English and Welsh language versions and are available in PNG, EPS and JPG filetypes.

Template Press Release & Social Media Plan

We have created a template Press Release and an MP Letter for your heritage organisation to update and tailor with your railway details. The Press Release can be sent to you Local Press/Radio/TV and the letter can be sent to you Local MP. These include ideas and details you should consider sharing to help promote the #LoveYourRailway campaign and your heritage organisation.

The template Social Media Plan gives you some key dates and suggested content ideas to tailor to your own organisation, compliment your posts with images and video for extra engagement.

Evaluation Report

Finally to help plan for future #LoveYourRailway campaigns, we've included a blank spreadsheet for you to document any Social Media posts and Press Coverage your heritage organisation might receive. This will help us to see what worked and what may need improving on for next year.
