Can I visit if I am a member? Yes. We are also honouring all member benefits on individual tickets. However, we ask that you pre-book tickets in advance due to reduced capacity on board our trains and your membership number will be required at the time of booking. Please note that compartments are available for a group of up to six people and your Membership discount does not apply to compartment rates. We ask that you book your tickets in advance online or by calling Customer Services Monday to Friday 09:30-16:30.
