1 Agreement
1.1 The making of a booking (unless cancelled within 7 working days of receipt of the Confirmation Letter) will form an agreement on these Terms and Conditions (the ‘Agreement’) between the Visitor and NYMR for the holiday rental of the accommodation shown in the Confirmation Letter or as otherwise agreed in writing by NYMR and the Visitor (the ‘Accommodation’).
1.2 NYMR permits the Visitor to occupy the Accommodation for the period shown in the Confirmation Letter (“Holiday Period”) together with the use of the furniture, fixtures and effects.
1.3 The Visitor will be responsible for all payments and for any damage whether caused by the Visitor or his or her party. References to ‘party’ in these Terms and Conditions will include the Visitor’s family, servants, agents or guests. The Visitor agrees to make his or her party aware of these terms and conditions”
1.4 The Confirmation Letter will show the holiday price at the time of booking. The holiday price is subject to change in the event that the price is increased during a pricing review of accommodation (which will take place in Autumn each year to take effect in the relevant following calendar year). In the event of a change in the holiday price the Visitor will be informed in writing as soon as possible. NYMR will then ask the Visitor to confirm whether they wish to confirm the agreed new price or confirm that they no longer wish to continue with the booking. Should the Visitor choose not to continue they shall be entitled to a full refund. If NYMR has not heard back from the Visitor within 4 weeks it shall notify them again and if it has still not received confirmation within a further 4 weeks it shall have the right to terminate the booking. In such circumstances, NYMR will only be liable for the return of the deposit. It is important in order for NYMR to correspond with the Visitor that the Visitor keeps NYMR notified of any changes in their contact details by writing to NYMR Customer Services, Pickering Station, Pickering, North Yorkshire YO18 7AJ.
2 Deposit
A 50% Deposit will be requested at the time of booking, 56 days (8 weeks) prior to your visit date, our Customer Services Team will be in touch for the remainder of your outstanding balance. Or, you can contact us with your Booking Reference Number via telephone (01751 472508) to pay the remaining balance.
3 VAT
The holiday price includes Value Added Tax (“VAT”). If rates of VAT change from that included in the holiday price, NYMR reserves the right to amend prices accordingly.
4 Payment
A minimum 50% deposit is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due at least eight weeks before date of arrival.
All payments can be accepted in Pounds Sterling by a credit or debit card, or by cheque made payable to ‘North Yorkshire Moors Railway’.
5 Final Payment
The full balance of the total holiday cost (including any increase following a revision of prices in accordance with clause 1.4) will be payable not later than eight weeks before the holiday begins. If the full balance is not paid on time NYMR shall notify the Visitor and the Visitor will have 30 days to pay. If payment is still not received, NYMR reserves the right to cancel the holiday booking, in which case it shall be entitled to damages and any other costs that it suffers under general principles of English contract law. If the sum is less than or equal to the deposit NYMR shall retain the sum owing to it and return any balance as applicable.

7.3 If a booking has to be cancelled by NYMR, it will take reasonable steps to offer an alternative booking. If NYMR is not able to offer such an alternative or the Visitor does not accept the alternative offered or the altered holiday arrangements (as the case may be), NYMR will return to the Visitor the relevant proportion of the money paid by the Visitor to NYMR in respect of the Accommodation and will not otherwise be liable for any loss caused by cancellation or alteration if it arises out of circumstances beyond its control.

A transferred booking is from one accommodation to another, a change in the Visitor, or from one date to another. If the transfer requested also involves reducing the length of the holiday, it will be regarded as a cancellation.

Usage of Travel Pass requires dated tickets to be collected from the Booking Office and are only valid for day of issue. Other travel tickets are only valid for the date specified on the face of the Ticket.
1.5 Tickets are NOT valid for travel on services provided by another operator over the same route.
1.6 Tickets are issued for standard class only. Upgrade to First Class, where available, requires the payment of a supplementary charge.
1.7 Tickets may be purchased online in advance, at NYMR Station Booking Offices and, apart from Specific Service Tickets, from on board NYMR travelling Ticket inspectors.

Standard service tickets are sold via nymr.co.uk and on a “turn up and go” basis. Capacity management is capped per day not on individual services. Accordingly NYMR shall not be liable for failure to carry a Passenger on a standard service train if there is insufficient accommodation.
2.2 If there is insufficient seating accommodation in standard class the Guard of the train may authorise Passengers to occupy First Class seating without payment of the normal supplementary fare. Unless and until such authorisation is given the First Class supplement is payable.
2.3 NYMR is responsible for providing travel for the journey covered by a valid Ticket but may substitute road transport if operational problems occur, in order to ensure that Passengers are able to complete their journey to their destination or are returned to their original departure station.
2.4 Apart from Specific Service Tickets, or unless otherwise specified, Tickets may be used on any timetabled standard service on the day(s) for which they are valid.
2.5 NYMR will use all reasonable endeavours to operate the Timetable but cannot guarantee that services will be hauled by a particular type of traction or class of Locomotive. Published lists of Locomotives planned to be operating on any day are indicative only and subject to change without notice.

2.7 NYMR may, for safety or operational reasons, including delays or disruption to services caused by another operator or for any other causes outside its reasonable control:
a) Suspend or discontinue the issue of Tickets, and;
b) Dispatch trains from stations before the arrival of connecting services, and;
c) Withdraw all services from any station, and;

8.5 NYMR may refuse access to its trains or premises to anyone who appears to be drunk, disorderly, under the influence of drugs or is behaving in an offensive or abusive manner towards Personnel or other Passengers. In that event NYMR shall not be liable for any refund or compensation nor for facilitating that person’s completion of their journey.
8.6 Passengers are responsible for their own conduct and that of any children and dogs in their care whilst on NYMR trains, stations, and premises.
8.7 Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when travelling on NYMR services. NYMR reserves the right to refuse travel to any unaccompanied person who appears to be under the age of 16.
8.8 For the safety of all Passengers, no person may lean out of, place any limb or body part through, or otherwise protrude from any window or doorway of an NYMR carriage or locomotive, other than when boarding or alighting at a designated station or when directed to do so by the train Guard in an emergency. This requirement applies at all times, whether the train is stationary or in motion. Passengers must comply immediately with any instruction given by NYMR Personnel regarding safe conduct. Failure to comply may result in refusal of further travel without refund or compensation.
(9) Refunds and Compensation
9.1 The NYMR operates heritage locomotives and coaching stock over elderly infrastructure using historic systems. Inherent in the delivery of that heritage experience is a degree of potential delay that might be unreasonable for a modern railway network. In determining whether or not the NYMR has exercised reasonable care in the provision of services due account shall be taken that their primary purpose is the provision of a heritage travel experience and not transport to a precise Timetable.
9.2 If departure of a scheduled train on which a Passenger intends to travel is delayed by more than 30 minutes, unused Tickets may be returned to the NYMR Booking Office where they were purchased and a full refund (this does not include the usage of the Travel Pass) of the price paid for travel will be given. Refunds for the non-travel elements of Specific Service Tickets are subject to the special conditions applicable to such services.
9.3 If a train is cancelled, unused Tickets may be returned to the NYMR Booking Office where they were purchased and a full refund (this does not include the usage of the Travel Pass) of the price paid for travel will be given. Refunds for the non-travel elements of Specific Service Tickets are subject to the special conditions applicable to such services.
9.4 If arrival of a scheduled train at the destination shown on the Ticket is delayed for reasons within NYMR’s reasonable control, compensation may be claimed as follows: a delay of more than 60 minutes entitles the Passenger to 50% of that portion of the Ticket price paid that relates to travel on the delayed service.
9.5 Passengers who have elected to travel in First Class and have paid the supplementary fare will not be entitled to any refund or compensation in the event that the train Guard permits other Passengers to occupy First Class seats to relieve overcrowding.
9.6 No refunds or compensation are payable in the event that planned steam haulage has to be substituted by diesel (or vice versa).
9.7 For Specific Service Tickets involving the appearance of a featured locomotive, a full refund of the travel element of Tickets will be given if the locomotive fails to arrive on the NYMR in operable condition and no suitable and comparable locomotive, being of the same class or reputationally similar, is substituted. Where a substitution is not possible, every effort will be made to contact affected Passengers ahead of time via email. If, having arrived, the featured locomotive fails to appear on a service to which a Specific Service Ticket applies, and no suitable and comparable locomotive is substituted, the NYMR will endeavour to operate the service with another steam or heritage diesel locomotive and the compensation payable will be limited to the difference in price between the travel element of the Specific Service Ticket and the normal fare as shown in the Fare Table for the same journey.
9.8 Refunds and compensation will be paid by the same means as were used to purchase the relevant Ticket. Where payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card or, if requested by the Passenger, the amount can instead be added to an NYMR Gift Card. Where payment was made by NYMR Gift Card, a replacement credit voucher will be issued. Cash refunds will only be made where the Ticket price was paid wholly in cash. Evidence of purchase must be produced as a pre-condition of any refund or compensation.
9.9 Any refund requested will void your Travel Pass for return visits.
9.10 If you wish to change the date or time of your travel this must be done no fewer than 72 hours before the scheduled departure and there will be a £5.00 administrative fee.
9.11 Due to the nature of the heritage carriages, there is no air conditioning, and heating is provided by a heritage steam heating system. We advise that guests dress accordingly. Please be aware of this when booking as no refund or compensation will be given on these grounds.
9.12 The Booking Fee will be refunded in the event of the NYMR cancelling a service. If a Passenger cancels, the £1.50 Booking Fee will be retained by the NYMR as an administrative cost.
(10) Access for People with Disabilities
10.1 NYMR is committed to ensuring that people with disabilities enjoy equal access to its services and facilities. However, making adaptations can be hard to reconcile with NYMR’s charitable duty to conserve heritage. Some services and facilities are currently unavailable to those with restricted mobility. NYMR will use all reasonable endeavours compatible with its charitable objects to remove or overcome such restrictions.
10.2 Wheelchair accessible carriages are available on certain Standard Services via our dedicated Fuss-Free Access carriage. To reserve a wheelchair space, please contact our Customer Services Team at least 10 days before your planned journey. You do not need to purchase a ticket online; your booking details will be confirmed by email. Please visit our Contact Us page at nymr.co.uk/contact-us. As accessible carriages are not available across the entire fleet, no guarantee is given that these facilities will be available on all services.
10.3 Passengers with disabilities are advised to check our online station access guides prior to arrival to help you plan your journey. Please visit nymr.co.uk/access.
(11) Animals, Luggage, Personal Possessions, Bicycles, Pushchairs and Personal Mobility Scooters
11.1 Passengers’ hand luggage may be carried without extra charge provided it causes no inconvenience to other Passengers and can be stored on an overhead luggage rack.
11.2 Dogs may be carried subject to payment of the appropriate Fare but are NOT permitted in First Class accommodation and in catering vehicles such as Pullman dining and Buffet cars. (This restriction does not apply to dogs assisting passengers with disabilities.) Dogs must remain on the floor of coaches and are NOT permitted on seats in any circumstances. If a Dog is so large that it is blocking an aisle the NYMR on-train Guard may require that for safety it is carried in the Guard’s van. Passengers warrant that their dog is fit and healthy to travel. Dogs must be kept on a lead and under strict control at all times. Dogs must not be allowed to defecate anywhere on NYMR premises and any incidents must be cleared away immediately by their owners. If a Dog is causing unnecessary disruption (including, but not limited to, biting, barking, or fighting with another Dog) the Guard or Station Foreman may require that for the safety of Passengers and Personnel, the Dog is refused travel and/or asked to leave NYMR premises. The carriage of dogs, excluding assistance dogs, may be subject to additional restrictions on individual Special Events; Passengers are advised to check the relevant Special Event terms before travelling.
11.3 Other animals are NOT permitted on NYMR trains.
11.4 Alcohol is available for purchase in NYMR buffet cars. NYMR operates a Challenge 25 policy: any person who appears to be under the age of 25 may be asked to provide valid photographic proof of age before alcohol is sold to them. NYMR Personnel reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any Passenger who appears to be under the age of 18 or who appears to be drunk or disorderly, in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003. NYMR will not be liable for any refund or compensation where alcohol service is refused on these grounds.
11.5 Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on all NYMR trains, platforms, station buildings, and premises. NYMR reserves the right to refuse travel to, or to remove from its premises, any Passenger who fails to comply with this requirement. This prohibition applies at all times, including when trains are stationary.
11.6 Bicycles may be carried in the Guard’s van subject to payment of the appropriate Fare.
11.7 Children’s Pushchairs may be carried without charge but ONLY in the Guard’s van on the train. Pushchairs, whether or not of the foldable type, must NOT be carried in seating accommodation including coach aisles and vestibules. The carriage of pushchairs may be subject to additional restrictions on individual Special Events; Passengers are advised to check the relevant Special Event terms before travelling.
11.8 Small Personal Mobility Scooters and wheelchairs may be carried in the Guard’s van on trains without charge. A Small Personal Mobility Scooter is an electrically powered one not exceeding the following dimensions: 110cm length, 90cm height, 55cm width.
11.9 Petrol or diesel-powered vehicles such as motor cycles and quad bikes cannot be carried under any circumstances.
(12) Photography and Filming
12.1 Personal photography and filming for private, non-commercial use is permitted on NYMR trains, stations, and premises without restriction, provided it does not cause inconvenience or obstruction to other Passengers or Personnel.
12.2 Commercial photography or filming, including (but not limited to) photography or filming for advertising, editorial, broadcast, or commercial publication purposes, requires the prior written consent of NYMR. Requests should be directed to [email protected] in advance of the proposed date. NYMR reserves the right to decline requests or attach conditions to any consent given.
12.3 The use of drones or other unmanned aerial vehicles on or over NYMR property, including stations, lineside, and rolling stock, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of NYMR. Any person on NYMR premises found operating a drone without such consent may be asked to cease immediately and to leave NYMR premises. Under UK Civil Aviation Authority regulations, all drone operators are required to maintain a minimum horizontal distance of 50 metres from any person, vehicle, or structure not under their control. As NYMR’s trains, passengers, and station buildings are not under the control of any third-party drone operator, this 50 metre rule applies to NYMR services and premises regardless of where the drone is launched from. NYMR reserves the right to report any drone activity it reasonably believes to be in breach of CAA regulations to the relevant authorities. Where prior written consent is granted, evidence of appropriate CAA registration, qualifications, and insurance must be provided before operations commence, and NYMR reserves the right to withdraw consent at any time on safety or operational grounds.
12.4 Photographers and filmmakers must not access operational areas of the railway, including the track, locomotive footplates, or any area marked as restricted access, without the prior written consent of NYMR. Access to lineside and other operational areas may be granted to individuals who have completed an NYMR-approved lineside safety course and hold current written authorisation from NYMR. Such authorisation must be carried at all times when accessing permitted areas and produced on request. NYMR accepts no liability for injury sustained as a result of entering restricted areas without authorisation.
12.5 Passengers should be mindful of the privacy of other Passengers and Personnel when photographing or filming. NYMR Personnel reserve the right to ask Passengers to cease filming if it is causing distress or disruption.
12.6 NYMR operates webcams at certain locations on the railway for the purposes of live internet streaming. Passengers and visitors to those locations may appear in the live stream. These webcams do not record or store footage. For further information please visit www.nymr.co.uk/livestreaming.
(13) Car Parking
13.1 NYMR car parks at Pickering, Levisham, Goathland and Grosmont Stations are all operated by CPS UK Ltd. Parking queries need to be raised with CPS UK Ltd; you can contact them on 0800 654 6101 or [email protected].
13.2 Passengers’ motor vehicles may be parked in NYMR car parks subject to availability of marked spaces and payment of the parking charges displayed at the site.
13.3 Only vehicles capable of fitting within marked spaces may be parked. Caravans and vehicles with a Maximum Gross Weight in excess of 3.5 Tonnes are NOT permitted.
13.4 NYMR does not undertake to provide a secure or attended car park. Motor vehicles are parked at the owner’s and driver’s risk.
13.5 Overnight parking is strictly prohibited in all NYMR car parks. Any vehicle remaining after the car park closes may be subject to a penalty charge or removal at the owner’s expense.
(14) Lost Property
14.1 Items of lost property found on NYMR trains, stations or premises should be handed to the nearest member of staff or volunteer. NYMR will make reasonable efforts to reunite lost property with its owner.
14.2 Lost property may be claimed by contacting NYMR. Proof of ownership may be required before items are released.
14.3 Lost property will be held for a period of two months from the date it is found. Items not claimed within this period will be disposed of at NYMR’s discretion. NYMR accepts no liability for items disposed of after this period.
14.4 NYMR accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property brought onto NYMR trains or premises, howsoever caused, except where such loss or damage results from the negligence of NYMR personnel.
14.5 Found bank, credit, or debit cards will be logged by NYMR Personnel, recording only the name of the cardholder as shown on the card. No card numbers or other details will be recorded. The card will then be destroyed immediately in order to comply with data protection regulations, safeguard the cardholder’s personal information, and mitigate the risk of fraud or financial harm. The cardholder’s name will be held securely for a period of six months from the date of the log entry, after which it will be deleted. This data is held solely as an audit trail to demonstrate responsible handling of the card.
(15) Planned Closures and Maintenance
15.1 NYMR may from time to time close all or part of the railway line for scheduled maintenance, infrastructure works, or operational reasons. NYMR will endeavour to give Passengers as much advance notice as possible of any planned closure that affects a booked service, and will notify affected Passengers by email where contact details are held.
15.2 Where a booked service is affected by a planned closure, Passengers will be offered either an alternative service on a different date or a full refund of the travel element of their Ticket. NYMR shall not be liable for any further compensation in these circumstances.
15.3 Planned closures are distinct from force majeure events and cancellations caused by operational disruption on the day of travel.
(16) Force Majeure
16.1 NYMR shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: extreme or severe weather conditions; flooding; fire; acts of God; acts of government or public authority; Network Rail access restrictions or infrastructure failures; pandemics or public health emergencies; civil unrest; or failure of third-party suppliers or contractors.
16.2 Where a service is cancelled or significantly disrupted due to force majeure circumstances, NYMR will use all reasonable endeavours to notify affected Passengers as soon as practicable and to provide alternative arrangements where possible. In such circumstances Passengers will be entitled to a refund of the travel element of their Ticket but shall not be entitled to further compensation.
16.3 For the avoidance of doubt, force majeure does not include industrial action by NYMR’s own employees or volunteers.
(17) Limitation of Liability
17.1 NYMR does not exclude or limit liability to Passengers for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, including that of Personnel as defined in these Conditions.
17.2 In addition to any specific limitations specified in these General Conditions, NYMR shall not be liable to Passengers for any indirect or consequential loss however caused.
(18) Data Protection
18.1 NYMR collects and processes personal data in connection with bookings and the provision of its services, including names, contact details, payment information, and, where relevant, disability and accessibility information. Such data is processed in accordance with NYMR’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.nymr.co.uk/privacy-policy. By making a booking, Passengers consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
(19) Law and Dispute Resolution
19.1 Contracts to which these conditions apply shall be subject exclusively to English Law regardless of the location of the person(s) making the booking to which they apply.
19.2 NYMR shall endeavour in good faith to resolve all consumer disputes.
19.3 In respect of services over railway lines forming part of the national network to which NYMR is afforded access by Network Rail, NYMR has agreed to facilitate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) by the Rail Ombudsman whose address is 1st Floor, Premier House, Argyle Way, Stevenage, Hertfordshire SG1 2AD.
19.4 The scope of services that NYMR provides on these conditions is so wide that identifying a suitable provider of a comprehensive ADR service is problematic. In the event that disputes cannot be resolved using its own process, NYMR will not withhold its consent unreasonably to participation in ADR using an Accredited ADR Provider nominated by the consumer.

Who is providing the Murder Mystery?
We have teamed up with Third Wheel Events to add a bit of Murder to the North Yorkshire Pullman. With over 25 years experience with performance expertise, they aim to deliver immersive events full of drama, murder & above all, comedy.
What does the Event entail?
Our North Yorkshire Pullman Team will welcome you onboard, the team of actors will mingle with you whilst drinks are served and the train departs. However, all is not as it seems and the scene is set, then as our team of actors slip away and to plot a cover up, your main course will be served.
You will disembark the train at Goathland and Pickering; some interactions take place on the platform.
Dessert & coffee is served on the return journey as the conclusions are made... can you tell who’s done it!
How long will the event Last?
The Pullman dining train departs at 6.20pm, please arrive 30 minutes early for boarding and drinks service. We aim to return to Grosmont around 10pm. Please note this is a new event and timings are approx.
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes, this event is restricted to people over 16 year old. Due to the nature of the event it includes some adult humour and innuendos.
Can we dress up?
Yes, we would love you to join in the fun, Murder on the Disorient Express (June service) is set in the 1920s and Heart on the Line (September service) is set in the 1960s.
Disclaimer

As the performances are designed to be interpretive and interactive, individual reactions may vary, and personal enjoyment cannot be guaranteed or considered grounds for refunds or compensation.
Third Wheel Events provide their actors with additional audio aids however the train and platforms & buildings are unique settings; if you feel you have missed a vital clue or you cannot hear something please make our team aware on the night.

We cannot guarantee that any particular carriage will be in use on any Pullman Service.

How we manage Lost Property at the North Yorkshire Moors Railway
We are extremely committed to returning lost items to their owners where possible. Any items that are lost onsite and subsequently found by a member of staff are handed in at our Customer Services Department on Platform 1 at Pickering Station. If you have lost any property whilst visiting us, please report it to Customer Services via our Contact Us page.
Once lost items are handed in, they will be kept in a secure location for up to 4 weeks (unless deemed perishable). During this time, regular checks will take place to match up lost property to the lost property forms that have been completed. The owner will then be contacted to inform them that an item matching the reported description has been handed into us. At this stage, you will be asked to inform us of any distinctive features so that we can confirm that the item is yours.
Once the item is confirmed to belong to you, we will arrange a time for it to be collected.
Claimed lost property will be kept for a further 4 weeks. Any unclaimed or uncollected property after these times will be either disposed of or donated to a charity of our choice.
Points To Note
• All responsibility of property lies with the property’s owner. North Yorkshire Moors Railway takes no responsibility for loss, damage or theft that occurs to any property onsite, regardless of who is in possession of the property.
• North Yorkshire Moors Railway can send out any lost property, with a £5 postage fee. North Yorkshire Moors Railway takes no responsibility for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen during this process.
• Unclaimed lost property will be held for 4 weeks from when it is handed in. After this, the property will either be disposed of or donated to a charity of North Yorkshire Moors Railway’s choice.
• Claimed lost property will be held for 4 weeks from when it is claimed. After this, the property will either be disposed of or donated to a charity of North Yorkshire Moors Railway’s choice.
• Any perishable items that get handed in will be retained until the end of the calendar day. After this, unclaimed perishable items will be disposed of or destroyed. In incidences where a lunchbox or cooler bag (or similar) has been left at North Yorkshire Moors Railway with perishable items inside, the perishable items shall be disposed of or destroyed, and the box or bag kept as per Unclaimed / Claimed lost property.
• Found bank, credit, or debit cards will be logged by NYMR Personnel, recording only the name of the cardholder as shown on the card. No card numbers or other details will be recorded. The cardholder’s name will be held securely for a period of six months from the date of the log entry, after which it will be deleted. This data is held solely as an audit trail to demonstrate responsible handling of the card.

Our Contract
Your order is an offer to NYMR to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from NYMR, we will send you a message confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). The Order Confirmation is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) or the services ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you. Your contract is with NYMR. Without affecting your right of cancellation set out in section 2 below, you can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation relating to that product.
Our standard returns policy for items bought is 35 days. This applies to both online and in-store purchases, except in the case of sale items, which you have 14 days to return (exclusions apply).
If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Right of Cancellation
You can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods purchased.
You must inform us (NYMR) of your decision to cancel your order. You may submit your request either by email or phone. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods. You must return goods in a saleable condition. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired and return the item to us.
Effects of Cancellation
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
Placing an Order
To place an order, select the item by pressing ‘Add to Basket’. To make payment, select ‘Checkout’ and enter your details. You must accept the Terms and Conditions to continue. Click on ‘Pay now’ to be transferred to our secure online payment page which is powered by WorldPay.
Payment can be made using: MasterCard / Visa / Maestro / JCB
You will receive confirmation of your order by email. You should check your order and delivery details and contact us by email or phone as soon as possible if there are any errors.
Delivery is usually by Royal Mail and fees are based on weight and the number of items ordered. Cost of postage is clearly shown in the checkout section. Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours. Orders are checked and posted daily (Monday – Friday) when trains are running between April and October. Orders are checked and posted 3 times a week November to March, unless otherwise stated.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We will endeavour to replace any goods received that are damaged or faulty, or offer a full refund if it is unavailable. You will be required to provide proof in the form of photo images or by returning the item.
