Opening times

Our heritage line is open Saturday to Wednesday from 28 March to 15 July and 12 September to 1 November 2026. During the summer period, from Saturday 18 July to Wednesday 9 September 2026, trains will operate daily. Visit our Timetable page for detailed service times on your chosen travel date.

On operating days, services run at intervals from 09:20 until after 18:00. A range of Special Events also take place throughout the year, with alternative operating dates and times available. See our What’s On calendar for full event information.
