A 21 ton Coal Hopper Wagon - built in 1958 by Pressed Steel Glasgow.

Following on from discussions with the NYMR based Lambton Locomotive Trust, the 4 coal hopper wagons were transferred from the Permanent Way (PWay) Department to the Heritage fleet/Demonstration Goods Train. This was to enable Lambton, Hetton and Joicey Colliery (LHJC) locomotives to haul a short coal train. The first outing of this set was when No. 29 hauled the train as part of the 2019 Annual Steam Gala. All 4 hoppers were given a general repair and re-paint.
