Membership FAQ

We have three main tiers of Memberships: Member, Ambassador & Patron. Please view our Membership page for details of each tier.

A joint Membership is for two people only, whereas a Family Membership is for up to two adults and three children.

You can buy online from our Membership pages.

You cannot use any of the membership benefits until you are in possession of your membership card, please allow up to 14 working days for your new (or renewal) membership card to arrive.

In simple terms, we have added two new Membership Tiers, Ambassador and Patron.

Long standing Members have all the previously held benefits, but now also receive 5% off in Station Tea Rooms and 5% off in Station Shops with the new tiers.

New Ambassador and Patron tiers have additional benefits as explained on our Membership pages.
