Fuss-Free Access Request Form

To request a Fuss Free ticket (with or without a carer) within our accessible carriage, please complete the details below. Applications should be made no later than 7 days in advance of your planned journey date. You do not need to make a separate booking as well as the Fuss Free request if no additional people are travelling.

Please note that this is a request only and is subject to availability. You will not be booked in until you have been sent a Booking Confirmation from our Customer Services Team.
