Seasonal - Weekend staff required. 1 or 2 days. Earliest start 9.30am to 4pm

£12.00 per hour

We are looking to complete our team for the 2024 season. We are looking for people to cover Weekends, some extra shifts during the week may also be available (Thursday – Sunday).

Our main Season operates from 21st March until 3rd November 2024 with some possible additional services in December until 3rd January 2025.

You will: As a steward....

• Serve customers on the Pullman Dining Train in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the Pullman Dining Train.
• Work as part of a team of up to 14 on each of the services operated.
• Ensure all safety and hygiene regulations are followed and maintained.

Person Specification;

Essential

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Experience in a commercial dining / catering / kitchen operation / environment.
• Current Food Hygiene Certificate level 2 or above
• Due to the busy nature of the Pullman Service the candidate must be able to work under pressure in this physically demanding role.
• Flexible approach to work & hours - weekends and Bank Holidays are standard working days.
• UK Driving license and own transport (will be used in the shortlisting Process) due to location.

Desirable

• Experience in a professional catering/kitchen operation.
• Recognized practical catering qualification.
• A sound knowledge of food preparation and service.
