This immersive experience is an unforgettable festive journey for families, filled with enchantment and festive cheer. During this magical train journey, families will get to meet Father Christmas and his team of elves and, every well-behaved child receives a special present from Santa himself! Every effort will be made to ensure that steam locomotives haul our Santa Specials services. However, should a steam locomotive be unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a diesel locomotive without prior notice. We reserve the right to suspend, reschedule or cancel services if operational circumstances or safety make this necessary. Will there be toilets on the train? We do have toilet facilities available however during very cold weather often freeze so we advise that you use the toilet facilities on the platform before departure. How Long is the journey? The journey is approx. 60 minutes and passengers must remain on board during this time. Is the service accessible? Every Santa Service has a specially adapted carriage suitable for wheelchair access.
