  1. Sliced smoked chicken and bacon lardons served with a Caesar salad topped with croutons and parmesan shavings
  2. Honeydew, cantaloupe and water melon served with a Midori and lime liquor jelly and minted crème fraiche
  3. Crayfish tails and sliced oak smoked salmon served on a bed of leaves with mayonnaise and wholemeal bread
  4. Chicken liver pate served with crostini and a small garnish of pea shoots, olives and cherry tomatoes

Soup Course

  1. Roasted red pepper and tomato soup accompanied with a bread roll

Main Course

  1. Thick-cut sirloin steak in a Diane sauce made with brandy, cream, mushrooms and shallots topped with fresh Pickering watercress
  2. Sautéed chicken supreme served with a very mild creamy curry and coconut sauce with pineapple and prawns
  3. Oven baked salmon supreme served with a hollandaise sauce topped with capers, lemon and king prawns
  4. Pan-fried chestnut mushrooms and leeks served in a pastry tartlet with a Yorkshire rarebit topping accompanied with fruit chutney and a Waldorf salad

Main courses are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes


  1. Homemade raspberry brioche pudding served with a creamy chocolate custard sauce
  2. Baileys cheesecake served with berries and whipped cream
  3. Traditional Eton mess made with fresh strawberries, strawberry and Cointreau coulis with folded whipped cream
  4. Traditional platter serving three of the most popular Yorkshire cheeses along with celery, biscuits and grapes

Fresh brewed Yorkshire tea or coffee served with luxury truffles and chocolate mints
