All our food preparation is done on board the Pullman/Speciality Services/Tea Room Guests and we do not have an allergen free zone for food preparation and service.

Foods may contain - Nuts, Gluten, Dairy, Mustard, Soy, Celery,Sesame, Sulphur Dioxide, Fish and Shellfish.

We can cater for vegetarians, dairy free and those with diabetic needs based on an adaption of the menu being served at the time. Any such requirements must be made known at the time of booking and confirmed by us as manageable.

With regret we cannot provide specific menu additions for vegans and the afternoon tea service cannot be made gluten free.
