Yes, all of our stations are open but we ask that you adhere to the Covid-19 measures we have in place.

As restrictions are easing, we feel that we need to approach the summer holidays with some caution and will be continuing with the following Covid-19 mitigations to help protect our volunteers, staff and passengers:

✔  We recommend passengers wear a face-covering, whilst in buildings, on-board our services and when moving around the train/busy platforms (unless exempt).
✔  Pre-booked seats on the end-to-end services.
✔  Reduced capacity on the intermediate services.
✔  Hand sanitisers available at various locations across the railway.

If you are feeling unwell, we would ask that you or members of your party or family group do not attend the railway and we will, where possible, try to re-arrange your booking for a later date. If another date is not available balances will be transferred to a Gift Card.

• We have one-way systems at some of our outlets at our stations, please follow the directional signage.

All payments are contact-free by card when purchasing any catering or retail products up to the value of £45.
• 
Our tea rooms will be offering a variety of hot and cold refreshments and snacks.
Car parks will be operational as normal, with a £5.00 charge.
