Join us for our first Family Weekend, where you will be able to take a sneaky peek behind the scenes at the railway. This new event will showcase all the work that goes into keeping the wheels turning. See our steam crane in action at Grosmont, learn about the infrastructure and bridges at Goathland, and meet the archive team at Pickering.

Interested in volunteering at the railway? A volunteer ambassador will be at each station over the event to discuss what volunteering involves and how you can join the team!
