Artist in Residence

Christopher Ware is the country’s first professional Artist in Residence on a steam railway. Based at Levisham Station House, his studio is open every day when trains run… and often when they don’t. Visitors are welcome to browse or buy his watercolour originals, prints and cards. For more details visit www.warehouseart.com

The North Yorkshire Moors Railway is a registered charity that exists to bring the experience and excitement of past rail travel to today’s generation. Many of those running the railway are volunteers – we need and welcome your support.
