Online Bookings
Deliveries
Any bookings made online for Pullman dining services will be despatched within 3 days of the booking date. They will be despatched by second class post.
Refunds
If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the date of travel, a refund of 50% will be given. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the date of travel, then no refund will be given.
